Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 Tablespoon vanilla
(OPTIONAL) 1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup old fashioned oats
semi-sweet chocolate chips (to taste)
Instructions
Dry Ingredients. In a small mixing bowl combine the oats, chia seeds, and chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
Mix Well.
Chill for half an hour.
Enjoy!
If you don't like the flavors, switch it up! You could use almond butter and white chocolate chips.
